Wake up and count 5 things that you are grateful for . If you feel better type it or write it down . even better . Read it again and be reminded of your list through out the day
Before going to sleep remember the best thing that happened during the day even if it was a simple joke that made you laugh, remember it , be happy about it say thank you and drift away in the dreamworld
Begin and end your day with a smile . Take a look the photo you have in your room or on your phone that makes you happy and feel grateful . Touch and hold the diamond or rock that you carry that reminds you to be grateful . Pull the wrist band and be reminded that today you are extremely blessed .

Having an attitude of gratitude is one of the most cliches and common sayings by everyone and everywhere yet most of us still are having major difficulty implementing a daily routine of appreciation and gratitude for all we have , all we are and all we have been blessed and given .
Even though when someone brings it upon our attention, it hits a cord but then again maybe an hour later and the next day we start getting frustrated , nervous & anxious and sweat over unnecessarily matters .
Being grateful for your life and all you have and all that you can build with what you have is the way to live a joyful and abundant life .

The key here is not to just verbally say it and then move on . But genuinely and deeply feel it . If you have to go so where or watch something uncomfortable to be reminded and realize you have to be thankful , then do it ,.
This is the first step to a better and more abundant and successful life and also the foundation to becoming an empathetic , loving human being that gives back to others and life .

If you feel you are done being ungrateful and find yourself complaining all the time , If you are ready to tap out of the victim mindset then start this challenge with me .

Along the way we will add more steps to our daily routine of gratitude 🙏

If it helps to have a wrist band to carry it everywhere , or out a little paper or card or a photo in your wallet or carry around a nice Little Rock or diamond in your pocket or purse then do it . If you have to ask someone to constantly remind you to be grateful every time you walk into the world of complaints then do it .
If it’s a photo of someone it something you love and are passionate about to remind you to be thankful then do it .
But don’t forget to be appreciative and blessed
Do not expect results
Don’t do it because somebody told you this will work magic in your life and somehow you will be rich and prosperous and successful and in love .
Do it because every cell of your existence needs to be nourished by the magical radiant of what it can do
Some stuff are unexplainable, untouchable and not tangible
Don’t be thankful because you are expecting a check or a magical prince or a super model at your door
Don’t do it because you think somehow it will change all the external dynamics of your life .
Do it because your body and mind need to feel this vibration . This nourishment of your cells and this internal happiness in your bones
When something life the dark matter of the universe moves in your body and makes you a better person .
