I had to stop this challenge for health reasons. I have a syringe now and if my syringe runs out I will try to do this challenge again. Please help me to develop myself. This was a much needed meditation. Yesterday I didn't finish a lot of my goals and I just felt overwhelmed. Like I was trying to do too much, and so I just needed a break. I felt bad about it, but going through this meditation I feel good again. I still have pressure but I don't feel overwhelmed or upset if I don't accomplish my goals. I'm just going to keep pushing through, knowing that I have a purpose
Strength isn't about how much you can handle before you break.
