Yayyy. It isn’t much but my weight hasn’t dropped in a while. So I’m very happy with the results 💪🏼🤗
I was bummed out to see that i gained 0.5 kg instead of losing. But Imma keep going because I know that my weight tends to fluctuate during the week. I will reach my goal 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
unfortunately only 75%, but health comes first. But the result is good for me.
