Today I woke up with that meh feeling that happens sometimes, so I went to gym for a quick cardio. Still didn't do the trick, although it helped a bit. Then, following my morning routine, after 30 minutes of meditation with Davidji, I felt as if something cleared my mind, there was a sense of, hum, I feel good! Job done!
