This week was a pause to the 16\8 Intermittent Fasting to prevent my body from getting used to it. I can say it was carb loaded with delicious pizza, one of them with more than 1000 calories 🍕🌞, all for me!
Following that, was a successful slow 10km running + Walking, totalling 22766 steps yesterday!
Today is resting day and the following weeks testing a new level, 20/4 fasting! 💪💪
Another great quote I found from Success Magazine. I honestly would love to feel this way, it will feel great knowing my goals were achieved with the best intentions and all for the purpose of helping me succeed with my goals, even if for now they are small steps forward. Determination is something I'm working on and so glad I'm pushing myself more and more since joining Challenge Achieved. Got further to go bit this is keeping me far more on track and accountable. Going to thank myself for making the effort and look forward to making more progress forward.
