Well coming on day 5, It was very interested day because I did some better workout. I run 4.8 Km and by adding this now total of my running is 17 Km in five days. By passing every day it is becoming more interesting because if I will not run for any 2-3 days then I thing I will lose the challenge. Hope I will reach the target.

1 hour in the gym + 1 hour of running + finished audiobook at the 10th km. Today was a productive day!
So today I decided to change my route a little bit and it actually helped me run a little bit more in almost the same amount of time and even an even better pace which makes me feel really good about myself today. Life is not always easy and some days are harder than others but remember the only way is keep pushing forward one day at a time. 💪💪
Two weeks of resting from gym and running helped to increase the speed. 400m left!
Day 3. Today was a challenge, I was absolutely not feeling like going out, I was waiting for the sky to start falling down because it looks cloudy but that didn't happen. Anyways, struggling with a heartbreak so sometimes it's extra hard to get out and workout. One day at a time.
