Basically, this challenge must help me to stop smoking and if anyone else would like to try it with me it would be great!
I start to use new method that I found on "Stop Smoking In 28 Days: No drugs, patches or Artificial Cigarettes" by Andrew DuBose.
I'm smoking two packs a day of filtered, full strength cigarettes. Having a smoke is the first thought about I woke in the morning and the last thing I thought about before going to bed. I had become a slave to this thing that I knew was ruinning my health. I want to brake free.
