Well coming on day 8, I ran about 3.2 Km which makes total of 22.4 km. I wanted to run more but could not able to do.
Well coming on day 4, just ran about 2.4 Km. When I started I thought that today I will run more than 3.2 Km but I could not capitalize it. Now at the end of the fourth day my total running is 12 Km. Hopefully in the next two days I will run more and more because there is a weekend.
My goal is to maintain a gluten and dairy free diet duringfour months in order to decrease health problems linked to intestinal inflammation, ovarian cysts, PMS and endometriosis. After three surgeries, and having seen several reports (you can see some on youtube and reddit, in Portuguese, and some in English as well), of people who managed to get rid of or considerably reduce inflammation and symptoms after months following a rigorously with zero gluten, milk, dairy, sugar and alcohol, I'm going to give it a serious try this time.
I've done other similar diets, but I've never tried to completely eliminate the consumption of foods with these components, and I haven't managed to stay on a diet of this type for so many months either. Considering what I went through with the surgeries, I think it's worth it.
So, I am a “manifestor” type in Human Design which means I should follow my urges over accepted process which defies everything most people are taught about creating money and running business. So I take all business advice with a pinch of salt and know that I can trust in my own gut feeling and also in divine timing.
This also means that I am great at starting projects but not always the best person to follow through. As a result, I have tried to create a small amount of products and services that run almost completely on automation which means once they are ready to sell, all I need to do is sell them. And then when I want to, I can change them or make more.
It has been a long time learning how to do everything myself (and that has meant experimenting and failing) but this means I understand all aspects of my business from the ground up and can teach it to others as well as do it myself - a must in todays social sharing culture. And a must as a good boss- I think you need to understand everyone’s jobs in order to help facilitate them working well.
I have spent two years learning and fine tuning myself as a human instrument, creator and in every other hat I’ve had to wear to make this a reality without any financial backing.
Anyway, technically this business has been formulating for some time but we are seeing it come together into something ready for publication now and November I will start to seriously market everything I have to currently offer.
Business on a shoestring but what I’m selling is my life’s work, wisdom and educated experience in moving with skilfulness and living consciously so I know this is valuable to people.

went to bed at 11:30 p.m. fell asleep at 01:00. As in any challenge, there are no mistakes, of course I hoped that I would always go to bed on time, but it doesn't always turn out the way we plan:) So today there were 3 times when I didn't go to bed at 10:00 PM. That's why I set the limit now + 3 more times (total will be 6 times for this challenge) I may not go to bed on time, because situations are different. If I use this + 3 extra times and then lay down again 4 times too late, the challenge will be void.
I think you've all seen this movie;) That's the essence of the challenge if you're invited somewhere or offered something to say "YES". And here I will publish photos or stories of what I said "YES" to. "No" can be said 5 times. Well, let's start 😉😍 P.S. it will be a good way out of the comfort zone and new acquaintances and adventures😊
