Spend some time alone, and then you can find how peaceful it is. The more you will learn about the world and you-self the more you will love "loneliness" ..
Keep some real plants in your work place, it really helps you stay positive and calm. I bought this plant recently , when I look at it , I feel really relaxed β¦
