So I have decided I start this 2 weeks shred challenge yesterday. It's hard as I am not as fit as a used to be, BUT there is no point comparing myself to what I was. I will start from the beginning. Wish me luck
Seriously?!?! How long is it gonna take? I've tried everything, diet, exercise, lots of water every day, I feel healthier but when I see those numbers 😣😣, still 6kg away from my goal, any suggestions???
