It was a hot day. First kilometer was pretty hard. Since I was already suffering I thought why not push for more (see last split). It was hard, but now I can compete with flash. Challenge Achieved! Speed of light 😆
Two weeks of resting from gym and running helped to increase the speed. 400m left!
It took me 1h16 the last time ! 4 minutes less is still a progress, right ? 🏃♀️😊
First time running 10 km yesterday 😁🎉 (8 km in an hour)!
8.7km in 1 hour improving slowly, I have run last 10 minutes backwards to avoid knee pain.
