1tsp cacao
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract
Some raisins (optional)
Mix together and bake in a pan ..

I find trying to set a sleep schedule one of the most difficult tasks possible. It isn't like any other goal where if you keep trying harder and focusing you will achieve. Instead it relies on your ability to let go and relax to ensure you can fall asleep easily and rest. Calming my mind continues to be my biggest difficultyβ¦
