I can't believe I finally got it! The time was longer than expected but I've got my conclusions: Intermittent fasting really works. Water can be the best friend you will ever have. *Exercising 35 minutes a day is magical.
Seriously?!?! How long is it gonna take? I've tried everything, diet, exercise, lots of water every day, I feel healthier but when I see those numbers 😣😣, still 6kg away from my goal, any suggestions???
