Finish the first day of zero-calorie after lunch. In the evening, the feeling is not fun. But itβs not too bad. I know the first day is always the easiest. π

milk with oat (50g)

1 whole fresh apple
Total: 800 calories
Burnt: 150 calories (running 20 minutes)
Over all : feeling great β€οΈ

The time was longer than expected but I've got my conclusions:
