About anxiety: Well, I think now, after some time doing this challenge with some consistency, I can sassure you guys that this walking thing (10k steps per day at least) is REALLY effective for anxiety issues after some days. Trust me, I've struggled with this for years, and I have a lot of triggers (a very stressful job and, also, family issues) I just can't completely get rid of. This is the first time I feel able to reduce my anxiety medicines without feeling awful. Extra tip: use the time you spend walking/running/whatever for listening to classes or any useful thing you really want to learn. So you lose that feeling we have at the begining, that we could be using that exercising time for something aparently more important. That's it. I'm happy and wanted to share it.
Hope it can help other users with anxiety too.
P.S.: I can also notice some body changes (I've done some diet changes as well).
