"Resisto dunque sono" is a manual on resilience and takes great sportsmen as an example. Resilience can be activated and strengthened. An interesting book to understand how to deal with the problems of your life. The eight main points of the book. π±πͺ

#6 Six days of meditation in a row. I can't believe it! It's the first time I've meditated successfully. I'm happy about that. Now I'm going to resume daily meditation for the rest of the month. It's not an easy time and meditating in the morning, before I start doing things, it helps me a lot! π§π±π―
