Meditation has changed my life permanently. I'm the kind of person who is impulsive, and very anxious, but I literally feel how I slow down before saying or doing something. I wanna live like this forever 🥰🥰

How are the flowers supposed to grow if your heart is a volcano? Meditate, calm the volcano down, be prepared to see them bloom. And even if you have no room, grow some flowers, be creative 😜
Sometimes it is so hard for me to meditate. My mind continues to wander and it's hard to give my over-active brain a break. Even with all of that in mind, I decided to try it anyways, because today I've woken up super tense with a headache. A lot of thing in my life have been causing me stress. So this and yoga mixed in with gratitude will hopefully up my life.

This is definitely the best app to meditate, even when I have no time to do it as much and long as I wanted, it keeps me so into it. I love it!
