Okay so there were at least three days this month I didn’t record my meditation on the timer due to attending workshops on meditation or one day I was in the car meditating on a long journey but I DID IT! So now I am starting to do 90 minutes….wish me luck 🍀
As you see I haven’t always been very consistent in my practice so I’m trying to bring some consistency :)

How do you know it's a habit? You do it automatically, you basically need it🤓🤓🤓. It's not a challenge anymore!
Meditation has changed my life permanently. I'm the kind of person who is impulsive, and very anxious, but I literally feel how I slow down before saying or doing something. I wanna live like this forever 🥰🥰
Today I woke up at 2:30!!! Ugh it's super early. I decided to just lay down and do the meditation. My mind is more quiet and I feel better than ever.
2 days! 8 minutes! I'm coming back, baby😏
This is definitely the best app to meditate, even when I have no time to do it as much and long as I wanted, it keeps me so into it. I love it!

The past few months I didn't sleep very well. It's my 2nd day and I feel more chill and peace.
I always feel energized and focused after a meditation session. It feels like a reset. I feel like I'm on the right path. With peace and serenity to move forward with fresh courage everyday. Mindfulness helps me to live and work better 🧘♀️
