I'm in keto diet but I usually use sweeters like stevia and erythritol Wich makes me more sugar craving
So I decided to cut them for a month and I'll see the difference
I'll share my meals daily (usually one meal a day ) and I'll tell you about what I feel (sugar craving, hunger ,,, )
It's a new experience for me , I'm so excited ❤️
if I success I can finally get rid of my sugar craving
And if I fail it's okay in the end I'm a human
