I didn't eat that healthy today,
but I ate around 1200 calories and burnt 600 so I'm happy for that ❤️
Yaaay finally seeing 61! Still long way ahead of me but every little step makes me happy 😉

2 eggs
half a tomato with feta cheese
hum+cheese (protein + calcium)
-lunch
milk with oat (50g)
-snack
1 whole fresh apple
Total: 800 calories
Burnt: 150 calories (running 20 minutes)
Over all : feeling great ❤️

Lots of water and calorie counting worked 👌 hope tomorrow I will see 61.9! Many people say not to weigh yourself on a daily basis but it's really works for me! Motivates me and gives me sense of control! What about you?
