I have been trying to up my meditation practice. Today I was in Glastonbury so I meditated at the ancient Chalice Wellspring shrines. It was magical as a sound healer began to sing at the shrine to the divine feminine. I then had a blessing from the sacred fountain. I am trying to also work on my meditation practice as in every day life so I have recorded 30 minutes on my app tracker but it was closer to 2 hours. Success! đ
You sometimes think you want to disappear, but all you really want is to be foundđ
A key to success is to start before you're ready.
Donât ask whatâs the least you can do. Ask whatâs the most you can bear.
The key to happiness doesnât lay in numbers in a bank account but in the way we make others feel and the way they make us feel.
Everybody comes to a point in their life when they want to quit. But itâs what you do at that moment that determines who you are.
Let's go!
I'm starting the adventure with the civil service. It will be an experience-rich year and I will try to acquire many useful skills for the future.I really want to help the local society! đŞđđ
Our time on this world is limited, but the things we can do with that time are not.
Travel isnât always pretty. It isnât always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But thatâs okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.
Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.
To those that jump, no explanation is necessary. To those that don't jump, no explanation is possible.
Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
Keep close to Natureâs heart⌠and break clear away, once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
It's a big world out there, go explore! đ
