After a shoulder injury, I start this challenge so I can get back where I was 😊
Started now with 1,5 minute on the clock 🕒
Friday evening 53 mins work out 300 kcal burned 💪yaaaay
Skinny isn't the goal ❌ .. STRONG is the goal ✔🔥🔥

So I have decided I start this 2 weeks shred challenge yesterday. It's hard as I am not as fit as a used to be, BUT there is no point comparing myself to what I was. I will start from the beginning. Wish me luck
