2 week jump rope challenge.
15 minutes of jumping
Don't forget to warm up and do stretching afterwards. If you have a form roller use it for the cool down. Your legs will thank you 😊

I jump a 100 times and than take some water jump a 100 times again take some water and so on. Also I try to switch between basic bounce and boxer step. My legs don't hurt so much afterwards 😉 give it a try.
