Lots of water and calorie counting worked 👌 hope tomorrow I will see 61.9! Many people say not to weigh yourself on a daily basis but it's really works for me! Motivates me and gives me sense of control! What about you?

Almost done. I will continue with other 10 kg. Fortunately we have so many tools for weight lose today so it is quite easy. You only have to determinate your maintanance calories, caloric intake and track it. The most difficult is to determinate maintanance calories, ie the total number of calories per day without losing weight or gaining weight. I used data from tdeecalculator.net, Google Fit connected with Adidas (my app for workouts) and a smart band. But the app and band do not include all calories and for tdeecalc you do not know your level. So what is the value of my maintenance calories ? 5kg lost in 50 days + avg calorie intake = (5*7700/50)+1950=2720cal.
