You can do it . You have the ability to do it . Nothing is impossible in this life. İf you really want something you're gonna fight to the end. You are intel a war. Beleive in your dreams ! Beleive in your stronger ideas . You are a genious . You are unique . You had born to win . You are not most people . You are you . Don't be others choices or other opinions . Be you . Love your self. Take care of your self. Be greatful for every single thing in your life . Don't care about others cuz no one gonna help you when you're in the bottom. So gut up . Never give up . Repeat every day : i am a genious , i am a great person , today is gonna be a great day. Who i am ? Am a person running to get his dream !!!!

So, this is me. On a previous and deleted post I called myself worthless for going into full-binging mode. This is not how I want to look at myself, certainly not the way people should treat themselves. In order to heal, I must love myself despite all the troubles and demons that haunt me. I will allow my spirit to grow and bloom and find balance in a healthy, comprehensive way.
