People think from 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Because of the habits, 98% of them are exactly the same as we had the day before. On average 80% of our thoughts are negative. Since we do not recognize our thoughts that flows automatically this challenge should help first noticing and then eliminating negative thoughts. Leaving more space for positive and creative thoughts. Positive thoughts mean positive attitude which creates positive thinking which leads to a more positive and happier life.

During the day whenever you caught yourself thinking a negative thought, think of how this thought landed in your mind. Then decide if it's helpful and if you can do something about it. If you can do something about it - just do it and let it go. If you can't do anything about it - it's not in your control so you should stop thinking about it. After stopping it think of something simple that makes you positive or happy. Sometimes one negative thought could spin around in your mind for days. It's not healthy and it should be eliminated.

When you notice and eliminate the negative thought - increase the number until 100 count. This number should be enough to start the habit of noticing the thoughts.
