Say hello to my 1.5L water bottle 👋
I drink 1st 1.5L from 9am - 3pm then 2nd from 3pm-8pm.
You should be drinking at least 30ml per 1 kg of your body weight. I always drink before each meal and generally a bit every 30 mins💧 💧

Water water everywhere… We are 80% water so why do I not drink enough of it.

I'm a big stagnent puddle.

Anyway first challenge underway.
