Woke up at 4a.m. but posting late.. as I had to leave for classes.. it's winter here🥶.. n it's being really difficult to wake up at 3:30..
I'm having crazy headaches.. n stuff.. but yeah.. I'm trying to.. and I'll definitely make it possible.. not too many days.. I'll do it.. n make it a habit even during winters…
It's being difficult now…waking up this early everyday…But ofcourse we must always be consistent at our tasks/habits.. Once I've completed these 21 days then I shall go for a cheat day…Cause practising anything for 21 days without fail makes it a habit…. This 21-day technique is also helpful in getting rid of some addiction….

We must be consistent at what we do…and that is what matters…Making something a habit can serve us better in this regard..
I have started practising waking up at 3:50a.m. for 21 days without fail…which is the core duration to help us get any habit into action and can also help us to leave any habit or addiction….
But of course everything works when we are determined…
