Today was a relaxing day in terms of activities, otherwise I had a lot of work, so just a short walk, but each activity counts.

Great Sunday! Great workout, shopping and food such as improved fitness oatmeal, chicken thali and boiled mushrooms with eggs. Mushrooms in winter? No problem ! I also bought 5 kg of various meats and a lot of my favorite water with magnesium. Go on, people, this year we will get into the shape of our lives!

This purchase was free. I used a winning ticket I received from a friend for Christmas 😁 By the way, today I tried the food almost without fiber and it was harder, there were more tastes for bad food, so the fiber is key ! 🗝️
