What doesn't kill us makes us stronger
A pause on the "I have to lose weight" stravaganza. For four years, I'd been a slave to calorie counting, diet and food. Yes, food, because anyone on a diet knows eating is the only possible thought on the process.
The thing is: I decided, after watching a video from "Pick Up Limes" channel about intuitive eating, that was time for me to listen to my body again.
Since my metabolism had dropped significantly due to almost four years of a restrict-binge cycle, I knew a weight gain was almost inevitable, but our body is an amazing, blessed machine, and I firmly believe it will find it's balance in no time. Meanwhile, I can enjoy my victory over the weight gain ghost.
The greatest fear in the world is the opinion of others, and the moment you are unafraid of the crowd, you are no longer a sheep, you become a lion. A great roar arises in your heart, the roar of freedom.
Freedom cannot be bestowed, it MUST BE achieved.
