The past few months I didn't sleep very well. It's my 2nd day and I feel more chill and peace.
Remember to let go sometimes. All your stress and worries can be dealt with later, but right now is the time for your mind to rest and mend itself. You are wonderful and worth it no matter what you think right now. You can do it, but right now it is time to let everything float away for a moment.🪶
Okay so there were at least three days this month I didn’t record my meditation on the timer due to attending workshops on meditation or one day I was in the car meditating on a long journey but I DID IT! So now I am starting to do 90 minutes….wish me luck 🍀
