Added those peanuts to the curdrice for the protein.. being a vegetarian, sometimes it's difficult to fulfill the daily protein intake..
Today's workout..
I was a taekwondo player (red-I) and temporarily stopped due to some reason..
So today I've practiced kicks and punches and fights..
Feels amazing βΊοΈ
I recently met an accident.. so couldn't workout for quite many days.. but ofcourse I was following my diet.. (little cheat treat)
Back on track again.. βπ»
