Two weeks of resting from gym and running helped to increase the speed. 400m left!
10km run 55.31 best ever time morning run with others runners oficial. And i doubled the challenge to me. After 5hours after first run i ran second contest run 10km with other runners. I was 5 min. Slower, but time was second thing. The first was that i achieved this challenge πͺπββοΈππ
