Hello Challengers ! This week I had a great progress at work but a terrible progress related to healthy lifestyle 🤣 This is the key thing, ie balanced work and healthy lifestyle. Many people fight with it for the whole life. I have a difficult job with many every-day challenges, sleep and relax is very important for me. When I do not sleep well I have to use coffee, sweets, etc. to stay productive and I am cought in a vicious circle again. This was common for me in the past. I have to be careful and keep following priorities. 1. family 2.health 3.job
