After getting leg injury, todays still I have gone gym to train my self… I got a lot of physical pain today, but believe me it gave me a lot of satisfaction when I stand up in front of mirror and said "I did it.."..
Keep going guys, no matter how much pain u feel, pain is temporary but once u did it, satisfaction is permanent 😇

PAIN comes your life to change… If you are feeling pain that means you are in process of changing for good… And if you think you are changing but you can't find pain, that means you are not in progress… Make your-self uncomfortable every moment to grow every moment..
