I drink 1st 1.5L from 9am - 3pm then 2nd from 3pm-8pm.
You should be drinking at least 30ml per 1 kg of your body weight. I always drink before each meal and generally a bit every 30 minsπ§ π§
It's too cold for salads! Warm wraps with veg and smoked salmon are a great way to eat your veg and see the meal as something far more interesting than a salad ππ
