500 days of consistency! I am so proud of myself here's to 1000 days!

Had my six month cleaning with the hygienist today. She said my teeth and gums are looking good 👍 consistency is paying off

Staying on track over the festive period!

Six month check up at the dentist this morning a clean bill of health which I am chuffed about

400 days of consistency I am so proud of myself I have my 6 months check up on December 1st

385 days I am so close to 400.

One year of consistency, I am really proud of myself

When I'm tired it is easy to think the unhealthy days when I didn't prioritise my dental health and would go to bed without brushing my teeth were easier! However I feel so much more confident in my dental hygiene whilst I have been consistent with my healthy dental hygiene.

I won't allow myself to slip and break my streak, this is something that will happen daily whilst I am of sound mind and physically able to do it without help.

Love yourself enough to keep striving towards becoming the person that you want to be.

I went to the hygienest this morning for my 6 month cleaning. I got my new night guard as well.

Even after a late night due to going to a concert we don't miss our routine and break our streak! Still going strong 💪

Visited the dentist for my six month checkup. No dental issues at all, he said to keep up the good routine.
