good morning

one of the things that i am learning in therapy right now is to not judge anything and all the ideas that comes to our heads aren't right for example i have this idea that i won’t ever overcome depression and achieve my goals in life and that’s a wrong idea cause of alot things happen in life and every things changes so why not me ? in addition to that i am taking all the steps that i need to reach that goal i am seeking help and taking all the reasons i can do to become better

coming back again from a cycle of lostness with a beautiful headache and amazing fucked up life how wonderful is that hahahhah

any way i was thinking that i need to be more specific about my tasks and goals in life to make it more easier and also making some punishments for not achieving my tasks i have to be me more strict with myself
yes kindness and loving yourself is awesome but being strict and teaching yourself is also a form of kindness and of course i won’t forget to reward myself for the small achievements but what Engy needs right now is to not let herself lead her all the way

i hope one day i can look at my past and be grateful that i overcame my struggles
