Here is the science.
Most snooze buttons are set to last around 9 minutes. That amount of time isn’t enough for you to complete a full sleep cycle (75-90min), so your alarm ends up jolting you back to wakefulness while you’re still transitioning between sleep stages. Research shows that your memory, judgement, and reaction time are all affected, and it can take up to 4 hours to go away. (unless you take a cold shower!)
I admit it. I have been doing something bad, really bad..

I wake up on my alarm, go turn it off, set another alarm maybe 15-30 mins later and go back to sleep.. yes I always put the phone in another room but that's not helping.. I wake up and still feel utmost sleepy, such that I turn off even the second alarm and go back to sleep and wake up 1-2 hours later

I set my alarms on the best app Alarmy "" where you can apparently set challenges.. but that top ain't working..
