Did not get the whole 1000km because of an injury, so I think 745km is ok for me👍🏼

Almost 5min faster than last time 😊

5km in 23min in 8 weeks 💪🏼

8 weeks of work paid off. Goal reached and 3 minutes faster than before. But afterwards I would have liked to have been 2 seconds faster. 💪🏼🥳
