Getting so close to the end of my first challenge! Creating a habit has been so much easier when breaking it down into something you practice once a day every day. Now I don’t even think about having more coffee; sometimes I don’t even have coffee at all. It’s amazing!! My next challenge is also habit building and will begin tomorrow as my coffee challenge is slowly coming to a
close.
…When someone says,
“I don’t have motivation “, what they really mean is: “I have desire to do it, and it is important to me - but I’m not willing to take action unless I feel good, happy, positive, inspired, energized, confident or in the mood “. As long as I feel tired, sleepy, lazy, anxious, fearful, insecure, or not in the mood, then I’m not going to do it….”
“I REGRET EATING HEALTHY AND WORKING OUT”, said no one ever! This is a mushroom omelet and a huge mug of coffee (unsweetened, always!)
