Day 9, ever so slightly im seeing a difference, the number I'm seeing on a scale is going down slightly and I'm feeling more energized most days. 66 days to go!
I'm finding challenges to stay dedicated to the 2 workouts but I will always find something to do even if it's an easier workout. Nutrition has been challenging, but I have been reaching my goals.
Here's how my 75 days will be going
1. Two 45 minute workouts per day, one being a morning yoga session
2. Drink a boatload of water daily
3. Follow my calorie count daily
4. Take a progress photo daily
5. Read 10 pages nonfiction daily
6. No alcohol or cheat meals
