It was a great challenge. The goals of this challenge was to control my eating habits and stop binging. Can't say that i achieved it 100% but i am way much better π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ
I will make this a habit of mine but only

Week 9
There's a mistake on the app so i calculate it myself. It was a great week. My goal for this week was to control my eating window and i did it well. π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ
I also tried omad but i couldn't last more than 5 days. It's not the time for omad for me. maybe later.
Week 8
Still can't control my eating window properly so this week's goal is to control my eating window whatever its time
Week5
Wasn't great at all i stopped fasting for 3 days didn't feel like it!!
Well i don't feel like doing anything but this is the time to just push through hope i can make it :)
So for week 6 i am going for 120 hoursπ€ΈββοΈ
It becomes more easy with time or i was so addicted to food π
Hope i can make it my lifestyle :))))
I feel more energetic and more comfortable when i fast πand the food in my eating window is more delicious than usual π
