I want to add workouts to my life to be who i am and what i do
I want to move more and feel the life through my veins

Today i was sick so l am adding my 5000 steps on the comming days inshallah :)
Started anxiously pacing in the dentist reception waiting for my mom, so the receptionist made me a little slalom ๐โค๏ธ
