After getting leg injury, todays still I have gone gym to train my selfโฆ I got a lot of physical pain today, but believe me it gave me a lot of satisfaction when I stand up in front of mirror and said "I did it.."..
Keep going guys, no matter how much pain u feel, pain is temporary but once u did it, satisfaction is permanent ๐
The more you get experience in gym the more you will realise that training a muscle once in a week is not enough.. You have to train every single muscle twice a week.. So this one is the best routine that I follow
