According to the points I remain active, but I feel like I'm not doing much 🤷🏻♂️
I realized that it is quite difficult to find optimal tracker for my activities. Some of them count only kms or steps, etc. There are some days when you have a few steps but you do strength training on the other hand. Regarding a sport band, it counts calories but there is no feedback, nothing like check list. I have been using point system for two months and I am satisfied with that, let's see how many points I finally achieve.
I had problems with me knee and some deadlines at work, so it was difficult to stay active but finally I almost did it. Get inspired and no excuses ! 🤜🤛
