I think there are people here who are worried before they have to speak in public. I am one of them :)

So I want to overcome the excitement of speaking in front of an audience. Therefore, every time I answer a seminar at the university, before that I will write here about when (date, month, year) and on what topic "…" I will speak at the seminar. I am writing here before you so that I will keep my promise that I will answer the seminar, I hope this will help me answer the seminars more often, and I hope that I will feel less stress each time at the seminar.
