Been meditating for while now, but it's always been intermittent. Now with the lock down, I have more time and have been meditating daily and I can definitely tell the difference!That's one of the benefits of the lock down. Use this time wisely:)
20 minute walk
40 Jumping Jack's
50 Forward clappers
60 Overhead clappers
70 High knees
80 Overhead press
90 Calf raise
100 Flutter kicks
70 High knees. My calfs still hurt from 3 days ago…….. 70 rodillas altas. Todavía me duelen las pantorrillas de hace 3 días.
