sometimes whenever we go through a hard time in our lives it's difficult to see the value or the reason why we're going through it but it's important to keep in mind that even though it hurts right now there is a greater lesson to learn each and every time. Keep pushing and keep moving forward one day at a time.

Back to jumping. Back to working on a better version of myself. Back to continue pushing forward. I'm going to save up some money because I want to get me the Jump Rope Dudes Crossrope :)
