I already started this journey on the 5th of this diet.. I've been exercising regularly (though not much, yet) and beem on a calorie deficit..
This challenge has been made late btw..
So today onwards I'll start posting all the stats.. ( diet and exercise )
Changes:: I feel happier and healthier than before..
