Challenge Achieved also stores your personal information in a restricted database, like your email or password. This information is used to improve your interaction with the Service and to improve the Service itself. You can refuse to provide personal information by not registering or not filling in forms.

Challenge Achieved can use personal and non-personal data for statistics, improving interaction with users, and other Challenge Achieved related work. Challenge Achieved uses cookies to provide better services to users; by using Challenge Achieved, you agree to provide cookie information. We may use this information to fight spam and other abuse, or to aggregate information about how people use the Service. Site content

All content in Challenge Achieved, including but not limited to photos, pictures, text, logos, video or audio recordings, is the property of Challenge Achieved. Challenge Achieved content can be used only for personal use and is prohibited for any commercial use, unless Challenge Achieved or the content author gives written permission for that content.

User content

You are responsible for any content you upload, add or modify in Challenge Achieved. By adding or uploading content, you confirm that the content is legal, not restricted from being uploaded, added or modified, and that you have all rights to that content. By providing content to Challenge Achieved, you grant Challenge Achieved a worldwide right and license to display, use, host, reproduce, publish, perform, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify, copy, save and cache that content. Challenge Achieved is not responsible for any user-added or uploaded content that is not legal or not licensed to the user, or that breaks any applicable laws, but will remove that kind of content once it is noticed.

Content should relate to Challenge Achieved's subject, topic or theme - challenges, motivation, inspiration and dedication. Unrelated content can be removed. You are forbidden from adding or uploading content that includes offensive language, spamming, advertisements, pornography, racism, or any other publicly inappropriate content. Challenge Achieved has the right to remove any inappropriate or other content added or uploaded by a user, and the right to block a user from using Challenge Achieved because of a term or condition violation, or for any other reason, at any time.

User data deletion

Your account and all data generated from that account can be deleted by navigating to your profile and using the "Delete account" option under the Account section. This deletes your profile, challenges, tasks, posts and all other data associated with your account. This action is irreversible and must be used with caution.

Data security

Data encryption (HTTPS/TLS) is used to protect data transmitted to and from our site, but achieving 100% security is not possible on the internet - you use the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (e.g. using a strong password).

Not for children

Challenge Achieved is only for people 13 years old and over. By using Challenge Achieved, you affirm that you are over 13. If we learn that a person under 13 is using Challenge Achieved, that account will be terminated.
